Anxiety, low mood & loneliness

Dating apps can be a lift and a drain. Comparison, ghosting, rejection and isolation are real — and LGBTQ+ people face minority stress on top of everyday pressures. None of that is a personal failing. If low mood, anxiety or loneliness is hanging around, support and practical tools can genuinely help.
